Dashboard overview
The dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in. It is designed to answer three questions in under 60 seconds: what needs my attention today, what is my pipeline worth, and what is about to blow up.

Layout
The dashboard has two zones:
Main content (left/centre) — Tab filters, KPI cards, and the deal table.
Right sidebar — Stalled deals, needs-attention contacts, and critical dates within 60 days. On mobile the sidebar collapses and the content stacks vertically.
Tab filters
Three tabs filter the deal table:
- Action Required — Deals with a next action overdue or due today, plus deals stalled for 14+ days.
- All Deals — Every active deal in the pipeline.
- Closing Soon — Deals with a close date within 30 days.
The default tab on login is Action Required so the first thing you see is what actually needs your attention.
KPI cards
Three cards summarise your pipeline:

| Hot Prospects | Count of deals in Negotiation or Closing stage |
Stage probabilities are fixed defaults: Prospect 10%, LOI 25%, Due Diligence 40%, Negotiation 65%, Closing 85%.
Deal table
The deal table shows all deals matching the current tab filter. Each row shows: aircraft/asset, counterparty, stage, value, and next action. Clicking a row opens the deal slide-over.
The slide-over lets you change stage, update the next action, and navigate to the full deal workspace without leaving the dashboard.
Right sidebar
The sidebar shows three alert groups:
- Stalled / Overdue — Deals stuck in the same stage for 14+ days or with a next action past its due date.
- Needs Attention — Contacts with amber or red health (no recent interaction).
- Critical Dates — Lease expiries, LOI deadlines, redelivery windows within 60 days.
