Exports
The ROI Calculator produces professional PDF and Excel exports in one click. Both formats include your inputs, results, and the scenario comparison table.
PDF export
Click Export PDF in the ROI Calculator results panel. The PDF downloads immediately.
The PDF includes:
- Cover block — Asset name, date, and your organisation name.
- Scenario summary — The active scenario's inputs and key outputs (NPV, IRR, payback, total income).
- Scenario comparison table — All four scenarios side-by-side.
- Currency note — The currency used for all figures, with the exchange rate and source if non-USD.
- AI Copilot analysis (if generated) — The full Copilot text appended at the end.
The PDF is formatted for A4 and US Letter. It does not include FlareForge branding beyond the organisation name — it is designed to look like an internal financial document, not a vendor pitch.
Excel export
Click Export Excel to download an .xlsx file with two sheets:
Sheet 1: Summary — All inputs and outputs for the active scenario, one row per metric.
Sheet 2: Comparison — All four scenarios in a comparison table. Formatted with bold headers and alternating row shading.
The Excel export is useful when you need to share numbers with counterparties who want to verify calculations or extend the model further.
Currency in exports
Both exports use the display currency selected in the calculator at the time of export. If your org currency is USD but you switch the calculator to EUR for a European counterparty, the export will show EUR figures with the exchange rate noted.
Email-ready exports
Both export formats are designed to be attached to client emails directly. File names include the asset identifier and date (e.g. B737-800-MSN3421-ROI-2026-06-20.pdf).
