Alerts & sidebar

The right-hand sidebar on the dashboard surfaces three categories of alert. Each category updates in real time as deal stages, interaction logs, and critical date records change.

Stalled / Overdue

A deal appears in this section if either:

  • It has been in the same pipeline stage for 14 or more days without a stage change.
  • Its next action due date has passed without the action being updated.

The alert shows the deal name, how many days it has been stalled, and a quick link to open the deal slide-over.

Clearing a stalled alert

  • Stage change — Moving the deal to the next stage resets the 14-day stall counter.
  • Next action update — Changing the next action (updating the text, reassigning it, or extending the due date) removes the overdue flag.

A deal that is perpetually stalled but has its next action date extended repeatedly will remain in Stalled / Overdue. The stall counter tracks actual stage movement, not action updates.

Needs Attention

Contacts with amber or red health appear here. Health is calculated from your last logged interaction with that contact:

HealthTrigger
GreenContact logged within 14 days
AmberNo contact logged in 14–30 days
RedNo contact logged in 30+ days

The needs-attention list is sorted by last-contact date (oldest first) so the coldest relationships are always at the top.

Logging an interaction

From the sidebar entry, click the contact name to open the full contact record and log a call, email, or meeting. The health status updates immediately.

Critical Dates

Events within the next 60 days appear in this section. Event types:

  • Lease expiries
  • LOI deadlines
  • Redelivery windows
  • Maintenance check dates

Each entry shows the event name, aircraft/asset, and how many days remain. Events within 7 days are highlighted red; 8–30 days are amber; 31–60 days show as standard.

See Critical Dates for how to add and manage date records.
