Settings overview

The Settings page (/settings) contains all organisation-level and account-level configuration. Only org admins can change most settings — member accounts can view settings but not save changes.

Settings sections

Organisation

• Organisation name — Displayed in the app and on exported documents.
• Primary currency — Default display currency. See Currency & preferences.
• Timezone — Used for digest scheduling and critical date alert timing.
• Logo (optional) — Appears on PDF exports.

Team & invites

Add or remove team members, manage roles, and send invite links. See Team & invites.

Notifications

• Daily digest email — Enable/disable and set the delivery time.
• Critical date alerts — Enable/disable email alerts for the 180/90/30/7 day windows.
• Stalled deal alerts — Weekly email listing deals stalled for 14+ days.

FlarePath integration

Connect your FlarePath account to enable live asset data in the ROI Calculator asset selector. Once connected, searching by MSN pulls aircraft and engine details automatically. Without a FlarePath connection, the asset selector shows a curated set of sample assets.

Trial & billing

During the 30-day trial, this section shows days remaining and a link to activate a paid plan. After activation it shows the current plan, next billing date, and a link to the billing portal.

Account

• Change email — Requires email verification.
• Change password — Requires current password.
• Delete account — Permanently deletes your user account. Org data is retained unless all admins delete their accounts.
