Deal table
The Deals page is the master table of all deals in your organisation. Unlike the dashboard (which filters by relevance) and the pipeline (which organises by stage), the deals table shows everything in one flat list.
Filters
Three tab filters at the top of the table:
- All — Every deal regardless of status, including Won and Lost.
- Active — Open deals only (excludes Won and Lost).
- Closing — Deals in the Negotiation or Closing stage.
Table columns
Each row shows: aircraft/asset, counterparty, stage badge, deal value, close date, next action text, and next action due date.
A red badge on the next action due date indicates the action is overdue.
Stage change buttons
Within the deal slide-over (opened by clicking a row), stage change buttons let you advance or revert the stage. Changes save instantly — no confirm step.
Next Action system
Every deal should have exactly one current next action. A next action has three fields:
- Owner — The user responsible.
- Due date — Deadline for the action.
- Action text — One-line description of what must be done.
Deals without a next action set are treated as stalled. They appear in the Action Required filter and in the dashboard sidebar's Stalled / Overdue section.
Adding a new deal
Click New deal in the top-right corner to open the deal creation form. See Your first deal for full field descriptions.
Deal slide-over
Clicking any row opens the deal slide-over — a compact side panel with the deal summary, stage buttons, next action editor, and links to the deal workspace and ROI calculator.
