FlareForge produces several types of export across different modules. All exports download directly when you click the export button — no email, no waiting.

Pipeline report exports

Available from the Reports page:

PDF (pipeline report)

  • Cover with organisation name and date range
  • Pipeline summary table
  • Won/Lost summary
  • Mandate fee projection
  • A4 and US Letter compatible
  • No vendor branding

Excel (pipeline report)

Three sheets:

  • Sheet 1: Pipeline Summary — KPIs, deal count by stage, win rate
  • Sheet 2: Won/Lost Detail — Each won or lost deal with value, close date, and counterparty
  • Sheet 3: Mandate Summary — Active mandates, fees, and expiry dates

ROI Calculator exports

Available from the ROI Calculator results panel:

PDF (ROI report)

  • Asset identification block
  • Active scenario inputs and outputs
  • Four-scenario comparison table
  • AI Copilot analysis (if generated)
  • Currency conversion note (if non-USD)

Excel (ROI report)

Two sheets:

  • Sheet 1: Summary — Inputs and outputs for the active scenario
  • Sheet 2: Comparison — All four scenarios side-by-side

Deal list export

Available from the Deals page list view:

CSV (deal list)

Columns: deal name, asset, counterparty, stage, value, close date, next action, owner, created date.

Filtered to the current tab selection (All / Active / Closing). Won and Lost deals are included if the All tab is active.

Time tracking export

Available from the Time Tracking page:

CSV (time records)

Columns: date, team member, deal/mandate, category, duration (hours), billable flag, notes.

Filtered by date range and team member as set in the Time Tracking filters.

Naming convention

All exports use the pattern: [Type]-[Identifier]-[Date].[format]
