List view
The list view presents your pipeline as a flat, sortable table. It is the better choice when you have many deals and need to sort or scan by specific fields.
Columns

| Aircraft / Asset | Deal identifier — free text or FlarePath-linked |
| Counterparty | Company on the other side of the deal |
| Stage | Current pipeline stage, colour-coded |
| Value | Deal value in org currency |
| Close date | Estimated close date |
| Next action | Text of the current next action |
| Owner | Team member responsible for the next action |
Sorting
Click any column header to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the sort order. The sort state is not persisted between page loads.
Filtering
Use the Stage filter dropdown above the table to show only deals in one or more stages. This is useful when you want to see all LOI-stage deals across your pipeline at once.
The same Action Required / All Deals / Closing Soon tab filters from the dashboard are available in list view.
Stage changes from list view
Click the stage badge in any row to open a stage selector and move the deal to a new stage without opening the full slide-over.
Exporting
From the list view you can export the current filtered result set to CSV from the Export button in the top-right corner. The export includes all visible columns plus the deal creation date.
