Board view
The board view is a Kanban layout with one column per pipeline stage. It gives you an at-a-glance picture of how deals are distributed across your pipeline.
Drag-and-drop
Drag a deal card to a different column to change its stage. Changes save instantly — there is no save button. The stage badge on the card updates as soon as the drop completes.
If a deal card is dropped on the same column it was already in, nothing changes.
Drag-and-drop on the board requires a pointer device. On touch screens, use the stage buttons inside the deal slide-over to move deals instead.
Deal cards
Each card shows:
- Aircraft / asset — The deal identifier (e.g. "B737-800 MSN 3421").
- Counterparty — The company on the other side of the deal.
- Deal value — Shown in your org currency.
- Stage badge — Colour-coded to match the column.
A red dot in the top-right of a card indicates the deal is stalled or has an overdue next action.
Column totals
The header of each column shows the count of deals in that stage. This helps you quickly spot where deals are piling up or where the pipeline is thin.
Opening a deal
Click any card (without dragging) to open the deal slide-over. From there you can:
- Change stage using the stage buttons.
- Update the next action.
- Navigate to the full deal workspace.
- Open the ROI Calculator for this deal.
Performance notes
The board renders all active deals at once. Pipelines with more than 50 deals may feel slower on the board view — consider the list view for large pipelines.
