Pipeline reports

The Reports page (/reports) provides a live summary of your pipeline — total value, weighted value, deal count by stage, won/lost summary, and mandate fee projection.

What the report shows

Pipeline summary

• Total pipeline value (all active deals)
• Weighted pipeline value
• Deal count by stage
• Average deal value
• Median deal value
• Pipeline velocity (average days from creation to current stage)

Won / Lost summary

For the selected date range:

• Deals won: count and total value
• Deals lost: count and total value
• Win rate: % of closed deals that were won
• Average time to close (won deals)

Mandate summary

• Active mandates count
• Total mandate pipeline value
• Estimated fee income (all scenarios)
• Mandates expiring in next 30 days

Date range filter

The report defaults to the current calendar month. Use the date range picker to change the period. The pipeline summary reflects the current live state; the won/lost summary is filtered by the close date within the selected range.

One-click exports

PDF export

Click Export PDF to download a formatted pipeline report. The PDF includes all sections with FlareForge branding removed (clean internal document style) and your organisation name in the header. Suitable for board presentations and investor updates.

Excel export

Click Export Excel to download a .xlsx file with three sheets: Pipeline Summary, Won/Lost Detail, and Mandate Summary. Each sheet is formatted with bold headers and currency formatting.
