KPI cards & filters

KPI cards

The three KPI cards at the top of the dashboard give you an instant read on your pipeline health.

Pipeline Value

The raw sum of all active deal values. This is the optimistic number — it assumes every deal closes.

Weighted Pipeline

A probability-adjusted sum. Each deal value is multiplied by a stage probability before being added together.

Default stage probabilities:

StageProbability
Prospect10%
LOI25%
Due Diligence40%
Negotiation65%
Closing85%

The weighted pipeline is the more useful number for forecasting — it accounts for deal attrition across stages.

Hot Prospects

A count of deals in the Negotiation or Closing stage. These are the deals most likely to convert in the near term.

Tab filters

Action Required

Shows deals where at least one of the following is true:

  • The next action is overdue (due date is in the past).
  • The next action is due today.
  • The deal has been in the same stage for 14 or more days without a stage change.

This is the default tab. The number shown in the tab label is the total count of deals meeting any of these criteria.

All Deals

Shows all active deals regardless of status. Deals that have been marked Won or Lost do not appear here unless you apply the won/lost filter from the Deals table page.

Closing Soon

Shows deals with a close date set within the next 30 days. If no close date is set on a deal, it will not appear in this filter.

Close dates are an estimate you set when creating or editing a deal. They do not update automatically as stages change — you must keep them current for this filter to be accurate.
