Pipeline overview
The pipeline is the core deal-tracking view in FlareForge. It shows every active deal across five stages and lets you move deals forward, open deal details, and switch between board and list views.

Board view vs List view
The pipeline offers two views, toggled from the button in the top-right corner.
Board view shows deals as cards in Kanban columns — one column per stage. This is the default view and is best for getting a visual read of deal distribution across stages.
List view shows the same deals in a sortable table. Useful for larger pipelines where the board becomes crowded, or when you want to sort by value, stage, or close date.
See Board view and List view for full detail on each.
Deal slide-over
In both views, clicking a deal card or row opens the deal slide-over — a compact panel showing deal summary, current stage, next action, and quick links to the full deal workspace and ROI calculator.
You can change the stage, update the next action, and log an interaction all from the slide-over without leaving the pipeline page.
