Deal workspace

The deal workspace is a full-page view of a single deal. Open it from the deal slide-over by clicking Open workspace or from the pipeline board by clicking the deal card and then the workspace link.

Left summary panel

The left panel shows core deal metadata with inline editing:

Inline edits are saved on blur (when you click away) — there is no explicit save button.

Embedded ROI Calculator

The right side of the workspace embeds a compact version of the ROI Calculator, pre-loaded with the deal's asset and value. You can switch scenarios, run models, and access the AI Copilot without leaving the workspace.

Changes in the embedded calculator do not affect the deal's core fields — they are separate records. See ROI Calculator for full details.

Interaction history

Below the summary panel you will find the deal's complete interaction log — every call, email, or meeting that has been linked to this deal. Each entry shows the date, type, and notes.

To add a new interaction, click Log interaction and fill in the type, date, and notes. Interactions logged against a deal also update the health scores of any contacts tagged in the interaction.

Won / Lost flow

When a deal is ready to close or has been lost, use the Won / Lost buttons in the workspace header. See Won & lost flow for the full process.
